Mastermind Digital provides consultancy and advisory services to students and clients. Our services may include:

We do not provide guaranteed admissions, visas, scholarships, employment, residency, or other outcomes. Final decisions remain with universities, embassies, immigration authorities, employers, or other relevant third parties.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age, or have parental or guardian consent if under 18
Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your home country and destination country

3. Student and Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide truthful, accurate, and complete academic, financial, personal, and supporting information
Submit all required documents within applicable deadlines
Regularly check your email, phone, WhatsApp, or other communication channels for updates
Follow the instructions and requirements communicated by Mastermind Digital, institutions, or relevant authorities
Bear all costs related to applications, tests, tuition, university fees, visa fees, travel expenses, translations, courier charges, and other third-party costs unless otherwise agreed in writing

Failure to provide accurate or complete information may result in delays, rejection of applications, suspension, or termination of services.

4. Fees and Payments

Consultancy or service fees, where applicable, will be communicated before engagement
All payments must be made according to the agreed payment schedule
Fees paid are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement
Additional third-party costs, including application fees, examination fees, visa fees, tuition fees, and travel expenses, are the responsibility of the student or client
We reserve the right to suspend or withhold services if payments are not made as agreed

5. No Guarantee and Disclaimer

While we provide professional guidance and support, we do not guarantee:

Admission into any specific university, college, or program
Approval of any visa or migration application
Scholarship approval or financial aid
Employment, residency, or settlement opportunities abroad

All admissions, visa, scholarship, migration, and related decisions are made solely by the relevant institutions or authorities. Mastermind Digital is not responsible for decisions, delays, or rejections by third parties.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, guides, resources, documents, branding, training materials, website content, graphics, and other materials provided by us are owned by or licensed to Mastermind Digital and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, transmit, display, or use our materials for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that we may collect, use, store, and share your information for the purpose of providing our services, including admissions support, visa assistance, communication, and advisory services.

8. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate our services immediately if:

You provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information
You fail to make payments as agreed
You misuse our website or services
You engage in unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or inappropriate conduct
Continued provision of services becomes impractical, unlawful, or contrary to our policies

Termination of services does not affect any payment obligations already due.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mastermind Digital shall not be liable for:

Rejection of applications, admissions, visas, scholarships, or other requests
Delays caused by universities, embassies, authorities, or third-party service providers
Financial loss, missed opportunities, travel disruption, or indirect or consequential damages
Any act, omission, error, or decision of third parties or government bodies
Outcomes based on inaccurate, incomplete, or late information provided by the student or client

Our total liability, where legally permitted, shall be limited to the amount of fees actually paid directly to us for the relevant service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh and Malaysia, without regard to their conflict of law provisions.

11. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised Last Updated date. Your continued use of our website or services after any updates become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
